Baton Rouge

     Baton Rouge is the state capital of Louisiana. The mix of English, Spanish, and French traditions play a large role in the culture of Baton Rouge. Staple cuisine in this city are Creole and Cajun, much like the cuisine found in New Orleans, Louisiana. Streets in Baton Rouge feature a variety of restaurants featuring all influential cultures.
